Administration (60%)


  1. Respond to all emails and phone enquiries during your work day

  5. Upsell items according to lodge’s capabilities
  6. Handle availability enquiries, reservations, cancelations, as well as guest booking confirmation letters
  7. Gather and capture guest information for booking and confirmation purposes
  8. Ensure that guest details are captured correctly online, on system (Innkeeper) and / or wherever else such details are captured
  9. Handle billing and check-out procedures and cancelation policy

  11. Make sure the lodge has the correct billing instructions and invoice details
  12. Provide guests with information on onsite facilities and activities

Sales / Business Development / Marketing (40%)

  • Convert existing leads that are currently being generated through various business initiatives into telesales (reservations)
  • Proactively generate new business leads (B2C and B2B) and convert them into telesales (reservations)
  • Proactively investigate new ways to grow and develop the marketing and business development function – effectively support the Marketing Coordinator and / or Manager role/s



  • Flexibility needed with urgent reservations that require immediate attention, for example – must be willing to liaise with the on-site team, check emails from home over weekends and respond where needed, on occasion
